How you pay

How does built at $0 work?

You pay per checkpoint you accept. Nothing is invoiced before you have seen the work running on your own accounts, and there is no deposit.

  1. 01

    20-minute call

You talk to the engineer, not a sales rep. We scope the problem, and if we are the wrong fit, you hear it on the call.
  2. 02

    A written plan

Every checkpoint with its price and acceptance criteria, in writing within 48 hours. Nothing is invoiced yet.
  3. 03

    Build, accept, then pay

Working software every week. Each checkpoint is invoiced only after you have seen it working and accepted it.

A US agency quotes $50,000 to $150,000 for the same build and asks for 40 to 50% of it before a line is written. Here the engineer on your first call is the one who writes it, from India, with 4+ hours of daily US-East overlap.

The 24-second version
Diagram of how a build at $0 is paid for, in five steps: today, a 20-minute call and acceptance criteria in writing, at $0; a checkpoint is delivered and you see it working on your own accounts, still $0; you accept it, and nothing is invoiced before this; only the checkpoint you accepted is invoiced; the loop repeats for each checkpoint until launch, which includes handover and 30 days of defect correction.
$0 is when you pay, not what you pay: each checkpoint is invoiced only after you have seen it working and accepted it.

FAQ

Common questions.

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask on a 20-minute call.

What does Axionry build?+

AI agents, voice agents, private AI, AI apps, consumer apps, business software and AI video: 42 products priced end to end, from an AI receptionist or a custom AI agent to a food delivery app, a CRM or an animated TV series, for founders, for companies adding AI and for production houses. Axionry also cuts cloud and AI bills by 40 to 70% and provides fractional CTO work, dedicated teams and engineering hiring.

What does built at $0 mean?+

$0 is when you pay, not what you pay. The build is split into checkpoints with acceptance criteria agreed before work starts, and each checkpoint is invoiced only after you have seen it working and accepted it. There is no deposit.

How much does it cost to build a product?+

A working demo starts at $1,000 and a launch-ready MVP at $12,000. Across the 40 software products in the directory, launch-ready builds start between $11,000 for a ChatGPT app and $38,500 for an AI call center, and every product page lists its running costs too. AI TV series and marketing videos are priced per finished second instead, from $12. Your price is fixed in writing before work starts.

How long does it take to build a product?+

A working demo takes days. A launch-ready build of the software products in the directory takes between 3 and 16 weeks depending on the product, with working software to review every week and a checkpoint to accept along the way. An episode of an AI TV series takes about a week once its characters are approved.

Do I own the code?+

Yes. The code, the cloud accounts and the data are yours from the first commit, and everything is documented so any engineer can pick it up. You see each checkpoint working on your own accounts before you accept it.

Who is behind Axionry?+

Neeraj Sharma, Co-founder of AccioMatrix and Head of Engineering at AccioJob. He built the AI assessment platform AccioMatrix solo to 20+ enterprise clients, cut a $200K/year cloud bill by more than 70%, reduced voice AI costs from 10¢ to 2.5¢ per minute, and is featured in a published Retell AI case study.

How is Axionry different from a typical dev agency?+

No juniors billed as seniors, no project-manager layers and no deposit. The engineer who takes your first call is the architect who does the work, with a public, verifiable track record and pricing well below US agency rates for the same production quality.

Where do you work?+

Remote-first from India with 4+ hours of daily US-East overlap and full UK/EU overlap. Clients across the US, Europe, India, Australia, Singapore and the UAE.

Ready to talk numbers?

Twenty minutes, straight to the engineer. No sales rep, no deck.
